How
to Determine the Number of Pages to a Document to Request a Copy
Step 1:
-Write down the following from the search you have just completed:

Step 2:
-Perform a NEW SEARCH for BOOK TYPE - BOOK / PAGE search:
Entry of the starting book and page for your
document will display your record. Use the back browser and change
the page
to the next higher number. A message No Records were found for the Search criteria !! Please
Modify the search !!!! displays
because the next page is still part of your document. Continue incrementing the number until the next valid record displays.
Most lien
documents are 2-3 pages.
The other way customers request a copy without the exact page count
is to mark their check "NOT TO EXCEED $5"for a single Document
and leave the amounts blank to be completed by the cashier at time
of processing. If this option is chosen, in your letter of request
please ask that the cashier to enclose the receipt with the copy in your self-addressed stamped envelope.
Step 3:
